Hi all,
I really need help in getting info for exercise or at least to find out what people are doing with my stupid schedule.
I wake up M - F at 5 am and am out of the house by 6 am for my 2 hr commute
I rarely leave my office for lunch but could if I pushed myself to forget about it for 30 or 45 mins
I leave work at 4:30 pm and get home around 7 pm
It's dark when I leave and when I get home
Dinner is followed by a shower, seeing my husband and getting into bed by 9 pm
I'm trying to fit a 20 mins weight workout when I get home that that is not happening every night.
On the weekends I usually get some jogging/walking with the dog time, gardening & cleaning done but frankly it's not enough.
I don't know what to do with my hrs, do I stay up later during the week to get more exercise in.
Need some ideas, once it gets light outside I can do more after I get home but now it's barely anything
