I can tell you that the surgery works for those who "work it." If you feel that you've been lied to I'm sorry, but if it's just not living up to your expectations, then you can change the outcome. I also think you should seek some medical advice if it's a physical nature, but if not perhaps a counselor would help. My question is, "Who lied to you and about what." Perhaps, you're lying to yourself and not working the program towards success. I don't mean to sound harsh, but major surgery is not something you should undertake on a whim and lots of personal research must be done beforehand to be successful. I find some people have grandiose expectations of what will happen after surgery, but life is life and it's up to us to make it work. Surgery changes your belly, not your brain and this is a very drastic lifestyle change for many of us.
