I think I only lost like 5 lbs total my first week. I am just over 9 weeks out and I just hit my 30 lb weight loss. I know some people lose a lot quicker but I was a little lower weight (due to my height of 4'11") and I do exercise and have a good amount of muscle. Just remember that there will be stalls for most people, you can't compare yourself with others, you should take measurements and progress pics weekly or every other week, and don't weigh yourself everyday or you can get disappointed. Congrats on your surgery!
