Kids -- this video is REALLY worth watching!

Tanya O'Rourke (whom I don't know in real life) has been a strong role model for me since before Day One. I "met" her on youtube, where she's been a long-time vlogger. She's a smart, funny, enthusiastic, pretty woman in her early 40s from New Orleans. She's been through it all.

From this video you'll learn useful things about life after VSG and be encouraged whether you're pre-op, newly sleeved, still losing, have hit goal, are maintaining, considering plastic surgery, struggling with regain, or searching for motivation to do what it takes to stay at goal.

Warning: This is by far the longest vid Tanya has ever made (35 minutes). But I bet that, like me, this video will keep you engaged to the end.

This was a long video but I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was watching it while my hubby played a video game and then he was like, "How long is that video? She's still talking." I replied, "No longer than you've been playing that game." LOL.
