Hi
I have been lurking for 3 years now. In that time I've had bariatric surgery offered twice and I chickened out. This time I'm deadly serious and got my surgery date yesterday. It's been a long road just to get here. I have learned so much from this forum that I can finally say I am mentally ready for my gastric sleeve........yay!

Deciding is a tough part. Congratulations. You will do well. I am focusing my energy on the surgeons food plan and phases so I stay on track. So far so good
