Hello just a quick comment. I'm 14 days out of surgery and I just noticed my knees don't hurt anymore. I walked up the stairs today with no problem. I didn't even notice that I was going upstairs, I had no pain. Now that's cool.
It is stunning the amount of pressure removed from the joints
Ain't it grand?!?!
That's what's called a NSV == "Non-Scale Victory."

Bill, you will be amazed. I had my right knee replaced four years ago and last year I thought I would be going under for the left this year. Since losing 80 lbs. my knees are awesome. Last night I did 5.3 miles on the elliptical without any discomfort and my feet are so much less pained. At this point, I am hoping to hold off replacement on the other for a few more years at least. Good luck with your surgery. you will do great.
I used to have really sore feet all the time. That totally went away. (But seeing I'm almost 60 I can't tell you all my aches and pains have gone away, but you young people should have no issues!!) I will run three miles a day until my body won't let me anymore....
