    Default bad knees

Hello just a quick comment. I'm 14 days out of surgery and I just noticed my knees don't hurt anymore. I walked up the stairs today with no problem. I didn't even notice that I was going upstairs, I had no pain. Now that's cool.

It is stunning the amount of pressure removed from the joints

Nice! I have troublesome knees, though they really improve with exercise. My knees and my increasing blood pressure were the final reasons I decided to have the sleeve done.

Could also be from the fewer amt of toxins and inflammation causing foods

Lordy am I hoping I'll have similar experience. Have both knees replaced already and they're the best parts of my body now. Feet, ankles and back are my big problems. Surgery in a week and a half so you're making me optimistic. Thanks

Bill, you will be amazed. I had my right knee replaced four years ago and last year I thought I would be going under for the left this year. Since losing 80 lbs. my knees are awesome. Last night I did 5.3 miles on the elliptical without any discomfort and my feet are so much less pained. At this point, I am hoping to hold off replacement on the other for a few more years at least. Good luck with your surgery. you will do great.

I used to have really sore feet all the time. That totally went away. (But seeing I'm almost 60 I can't tell you all my aches and pains have gone away, but you young people should have no issues!!) I will run three miles a day until my body won't let me anymore....

Young people????? I'm 71. Used to run 2-3 miles a day till I really messed up an ankle. Walking is real thrill but hoping that I can start getting around better after about 50+ lbs.
