Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life.....Can't wait to get this started. I had a tough day yesterday. I had a horrible headache and there was nothing I could take to get rid of it. I have to be at the hospital at 6AM tomorrow. I wanted to thank everyone here on the forums for your help and support.....See you on the other side!

I'm having mine tomorrow morning too! I'm excited yet frustrated because I am literally starving! I had a headache too and couldn't take anything. What are your plans to get through today? I took that magnesium stuff this morning like they said and now I have cramps. Could it just be empty stomach cramps? Whats ur day looking like now and how was yesterday for u?

Thanks everyone. Had a pretty good day. Had 3 shakes and a ton of water. I need to head to bed but I'm not tired. Went for a walk before to try and wind down. Wishing the hours away until 6am.....Thanks for all of the support!
