I'm allowed tuna, tilapia, cod, and flounder.
I only like tuna!
I'm also allowed split pea and lentil soups, soft cheeses, and beans, and eggs.
Of course, the fish is the highest protein, but god I hate it. Any recipe suggestions to make it more palatable.
I love all the other stuff, but I'm not sure I can hit 60 g of protein on it.
I am doing 1 - 25g protein shake a day, so I still need another 35 of protein.
I couldn't even eat one large egg yesterday.
How in the heck do I get 60g of protein if I don't eat tilapia, cod, and flounder????
