4 months Post op!

Hello everyone....
so i am 4 months post op my starting weight(before surgery) was 210 at 22 years old.... and i am now at 135 at 23 years old.... I've never felt so amazing in my life.
I go to the gym everyday and i am eating normal again, just with a VERY STRICT diet.. this was no doubt about it the best thing i could've done for myself. I hope you all have a successful journey and i want to thank every one of you especially the ones that given me some good advice... It wasn't easy and it still isn't sometimes.. but it'll be worth it. just be patient and follow the plans and it'll all work out for you. Again thank you and wish for nothing but the best to you all.
