I just wanted to say thank you to all of those that gave me your wonderful advice on how to get back on track. I believe I posted last week asking for help and I'm happy to report I lost 7 pounds. Being three years out sometimes is hard because I lose my focus thinking oh I can eat this I'll be fine but boy it will catch up fast lol, you guys helped so much that I feel like I'm a couple months post op. I had some great motivation this week and was more aware of what I put in my mouth. THANK YOU ALL

I haven't tried the recipes yet, I will my next rounds of grocery shopping. But what I tried was just eating lean meats all week and any chance I got at work I walked walked walked, I also threw some protein shakes in there and doing all of that seemed to work. I did make ur eggs in the morning one day because I already had those ingredients and they tasted so good!!
