Sorry it took so long to get this up. How's everybody doing? I'm down 21 lbs.

Welcome to the sleeved side!
I'm happy to hear you're doing well...
CONGRATS!!!

Glad to hear you are recovering.
Don't worry about the number. As long as you follow your dietary recommendations the weight will eventually come off. Concentrate keeping up with your water and protein requirements, make your own protein smoothies with nutritious and wholesome foods. Stay away from high fats and sugary foods, start some type of exercise or low impact activity at least 30 minutes everyday. If you get caught up on numbers on a scale you are inviting misery and disappointment. I'm speaking from personal experience. There are many factors that go into weight loss, certainly Gastric Sleeve is a tool to halt weight gain (for now, and as long you are eating healthy). Remember they did surgery on your stomach not your brain, and your brain and your body will constantly fight you and will want to get back to the weight they have known the longest.
Best wishes!
