4 1/2 weeks out 6lb weight gain in week

I am about 4 1/2 weeks out from surgery. Lost 35lbs my first month. Now I've gained 6 of it back and for some reason am losing ether not at all or very slow. Recently started going back to the gym. Today I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and didn't sweat at all. I am concerned I'm retaining fluid. I drank 32oz's of water today. Today I had about 78g of protein and 32g of carbs. I admittedly have as been over 80g of carbs and very low on the protein all last week. Is this normal? Should I be concerned at all?

Besides helping your flushing out impurities, it helps your metabolism by helping your body burn fat, also helps you stay sane and alert, dehydration can affect your brain function and cause fatigue and inability to concentrate. Water consumption prevents heart attacks, and blood clots (walking also prevents blood clots after gastric sleeve).

So made my 64ozs today. Wasn't able to go to the gym due to son's football practice. Weighed myself and I'm
Now 667 when I was 665 this morning. Macros today were 81g of protein 27g of carbs 5g of fiber 5g of sugar 47g of carbs 1600g of sodium. I'm trying to stay positive but it's hard.
