So here's my numbers:
Starting weight: 304
Current weight: 224
Total weight loss: 80 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That's the halfway point for me. My ideal weight is 140, smack dab in the middle of my minimum and maximum recommended, and the weight I felt most comfortable with my body.
I've monitored my calorie intake and protein religiously and either plan my meal or grab a protein bar if I don't have the time. I'm working out at least 5 days a week now for 55 minutes a day.
On top of that, I'm moving to Hawaii!!! I never would have felt comfortable enough to wear shorts and tank tops every day before, but now I wear them all the time!
