Hi all,
I am new to the community, I have just started my journey towards surgery and am so excited! My daughter gave me my 1st grand-baby in May and my other daughter is due in February. I want so badly to be able to get out in the yard and play ball, run, swim, or just go walking with them with out being so give out. Any tips that can be given to make this journey a success?

My daughter had twins in February and that gave me all the push I needed to complete the process. I could not be happier with the results. By the time they can walk I will be able to crawl around the floor chasing after them. lol

You've come to by far the best site for support, no-nonsense suggestions, knowledge, wisdom and experience.
I highly recommend watching Dr Matthew Weiner videos on YouTube. They're full of useful information.
I used the wait time to practice healthy post-op behaviors. Surgery date will be here before you know it!
