If you have a food processor you can basically eat anything you can process. Pudding, yogurt cream of wheat are all good soft foods.

Try refried beans with melted cheese. You can add sour cream or salsa if you like. Delicious and protein.

I did a lot of purees. Also refried beans with cheese. My favorite night time snack was sugar free pudding
