so my fear has came true!!! lol iam stalled out completely it seems ive stopped losing i fluctuate between 263-265. It has been like this for 3 months ive followd a strict meal plans.. cut out all bad carbs and follow a low carb high fat which usually worked for me in the past.
i know that my sleeve makes a difference ,but i did this before vacay in may and it worked well....
