my menu as far as what iam eating is actually somewhat less. any things that i put into a counter they do not have my actual amounts,,, close enough though .. i was eating way less fat and then i read some where "healthy fats" ie: avocado, buts, grassed butter, coconut oil, some cheese which i TRY to stay far away from bc dairy like cheese and milk isnt the best for really anyone...
i was stalled then lost two a few pounds to push me to my current weight 265... i stalled out then added more fat ( few bites of avocado) that week i went down to 263 also had my period (past week) NOW iam right back up to 265 AGAIN!!!!...... so thats why iam so confused as iam eating a plan a high fat low carb style....
maybe i need to drink more water and add some exercise... i just dont know at this point.. i dont want to start anything else though and yoyo diet
i chose this bc its easier for me and keeps me far away from sweets and carb laden foods...
this is tricky lol
