Keeping myself accountable

Hello all. Though I had gastric sleeve surgery almost three years ago, this is the first time I am posting to a forum. I have lost approx. 140lbs (I've gained about 12 of that back). I love where I am at, but have another 30 to go and figure I should have been done with this long ago.

Congrats on 3 years. Regardless of whether or not you are at your goal, look at how far you have come! You have had amazing success! You can get there. Just get back to basics.
