Tomorrow is the day

It came quickly. The two week pre-op went as well as I could hope for, only one issue. I went the grocery store one day when the temp here was near 100 and I had forgotten to eat my lunch. I got into the store and felt like I was about to pass out. My one add to the pre-op is to pre-game the pre-op. I had cut back on my in take where I was doing a protein shakes one or two times per day and a decent meal at dinner time. I also had cut the soda intake way back and actually had no withdrawal headaches when I cut them completely.

I am nervous and excited to have this done and I am sure sleep tonight may be fleeting. I you can, give me an extra thought when you pray or send a positive vibe that the doctor is exceptional. See you all on the other side.

Saying a prayer for you now. Remember to take gasX strips. Walk as much and as soon as you can it
really helps. Also get the tummy binder really helps for the first 2 weeks.
