Anyone else having issues with thirst? All this sipping just isn't cutting it. All I want is to take an ice cold bottle of poland springs and chug it!
How long does this tiny sipping nonsense last? Can we ever take larger sips again?
Any tips to tame the thirst beast?

Hello, yes sipping was hard for me as well but by day 3 I was doing better. I promise each day gets better and easier. Good luck to you.
