    Default Loose skin

Hello, I am 2 years post op VSG. Although I still have some more weight to lose (30 lbs)I have quite a bit of loose saggy skin.
I would like to have a tummy tuck, bbl, & breasts, done ( not sure if I want a lift or augmentation ). I would also like an arm lift but not sure. It all depends if I can afford it. I would like to know of a good & reasonably priced place I can get a body makeover? Whether it's in Mexico or the states. If you can tell me your journey and suggestions please. Or even how to get started. Thank you in advance

mexico by far would be your cheapest route unfortunately... i had my sleeve in mexico ,but plastics is a while new story... i wouldn't have a tt there ,but iam considering arm lift... seems the least invasive out of them all and iam still researching i still have 100 lbs until goal comes..

    First goal 295- 4-11-16

Second goal 265 - 8-15-16 (that took forever lol halfway there!)

    3rd goal 200 -

    ATLAST final goal 165-

Is there a reason you wouln't consider having a tt in Mexico? I'm thinking that might be an option for me one day when my weight loss stabalizes. So curious ...

I think this was memt for me if not sorry: i feel a tt is much more envasice and needs more attention much longer down time even flying back home all of this seems like something i would consider but probabky not do.... My arms are not bad so it would be pretty simple and fast to do and plane ride home and down time wouldt be as bad.... I just dont know iam 100lbs away from goal tho so i have a while

I'm just a big chicken. When a plastic surgeon came to our support group and showed the incision for a tummy tuck, no way! They slice you hip to hip. Not only the pain but the risk of infection scares me to death. I'm sure the results would be fabulous, but as I mentioned, I'm a chicken. And I wouldn't want to waste time for the recovery period. I only had 75 pounds to lose, my tummy looks flat in clothes, so not a big deal. I guess it depends how much weight you lost.

I would start with a consult from a plastic surgeon in your neck of the woods. That would be free and give you an idea of what you want to do. The tummy tuck wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be here in the states.

I am 48 yo, extremely overweight since my early 20's, I have learned to live with my Kangaroo pouch, but wonder where it will end up once I lose and maintain my goal weight.

I have come across this procedure that appears to be the best for the abdominal lift after massive weight loss. It is extremely graphic so proceed with caution. After watching it, I don't think I want to do it. https://youtu.be/k4nu5qHHr44

    Another option is the https://www.thermi.com/treatments/thermitight
    HW: 245lbs (11/15); SW: 226lbs (5/17/16) - Height: 5'6"

    Post-Op Weight:
    M1: 211.3 (-14.7)
    M2: 203 (-8.3)
    M3: 196.5 (-6.5)
    M4: 191.5 (-5)
    M5: 186.3 (-5.2)
    M6: (?)
    M7: (?)
    M8: 179.4 (-6.9)
    M9: 177.1 (-2.3)
    M10: 174 (-3.1)
    M11: 171.5 (-2.5)
    M12: 171 (-.5)
    Y1.1: 170 (-1)
