I love spinning, the girl that runs one of the classes plays a bunch of hard rock which is fun.


Does losing a lot of weight stop the @ss pain from a bike seat or is that just life and learn to deal with it?

I love spin but with a knee replacement I have to get a little lower before I want to stress the joint.
