So I was an Insanity instructor and Zumba instructor before I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and then gaining weight from hypothyroidism earlier this year. Now that I am 6 weeks Post Op tomorrow... I wanted to start a new workout routine to help the weight slide off and tone while doing it with my own weight instead of lifting weights.
I am looking to see if anyone wants to take the challenge beginning 1 Sept and run through the end of Oct. It will tone that body and keep the skin tight as you drop pounds. I picked the beginning of Sept because some people might need to purchase the DVDS or find them in the closet (me lol). I know, I know...Insanity is hard it sucks, it hurt my needs (don't jump do an alternate exercise) and I never make it through the DVD...well you can always pause the DVD for water breaks just as long as you complete the workout that day.
So now that, that's out the way...what are your other concerns?
