I have 6 of the Yoga Booty Ballet dvd's I started with the Bollywood. It was a lot of fun! It brought out the Shakira in me! Hips don't lie!
I'm not as sore as I thought I would be this morning, thank goodness. I'm going to do one dvd a week and then rotate. Maybe I'll get more rhythm out of this!

Alright alright,
So we are focusing on Insanity..I realize you may get tired and want to quit or pause the dvd..but thats ok. If you want to get somewhere you never been you must push yourself...and thats what I want to see you do. Not T 25 not something you think is easy Insanity...get on it and lets go!! Dig deep!!
So I left my gym clothes in Miami lol...after going through my closet trying to find clothing that would fit for the weekend I left them. Of course that didnt stop me I did insanity this morning in my underwears....yea in my underwears...I was sweating it out and I loved it. Im here to get it in are you?
