I logged in to mybeachbody.com and it's still valid, I opted for the free account and it has a way to create a workout schedule. I also log in my food and exercise on LoseIt.com so I will add a new exercise goal to track this. I also had my partner take a dreadful before picture LOL!

I just finished Insanity this morning, I'm actually sitting on the floor still sweating from the workout. I am not in shape like I was in Dec, but I didn't take too many breaks during the program.
Remember this is a 6 day a week commitment....I never do the cardio recovery, I either do a different video or I will walk or do Zumba that day (Depends on how sore I am).
So 6 days a week you should be sweating it out and toning up pretty nicely. YOU WILL BE SORE, schedule a massage now for next week....Heed my words...you will want to quit but don't it will fade and then you wont be sore again until we start week 5 lol.
My stats on Day 1 are....W 216, W 32 in, and H 43.75
My goal stats on Day 60 is W 180, W 27, and H 39 or better !!
I'm looking forward to see what day 15 brings.
How is everyone else first day feel? What are your beginning stats and what do you want your stats to be on day 60?
Glad I did it. Sad to remember how much stronger I used to be. Yo yo dieting is hell on muscle mass.
But I am determined that every time I do a disc, I will do a more than the last time (for my set, generally do different disc every day of the week). My goal is improvement not perfection.
I did the Yoga Booty Ballet! It kicked my butt! I hope by end of week (day 6) my rhythm and flexibility will be better.
But I LOVED it! It started with a meditation and ended with gratitude! love love Iove!
Today's weight 196lbs, waist 38.5", chest 44.25", hips 45" (yay! Even though scale is stalled at 196lbs I actually shrunk a couple of centimeters from last week measurements!) current dress size is 14.
Goal for day 60: weight: 176lbs, dress size 9/10.

Way to go!! I wish I was tall like you. I'm down to187 and just now fitting a 15/16 comfortably. 5'4" tends to make the size thing slower to show. I started Zumba country yesterday and I could only get through 2 songs lol. My legs and back between my shoulders were burning. At least I know I worked all body parts yesterday lol.
