With a lift, yes, I can go braless, but I choose not to. My breasts are not full at the top (as opposed to the roundness of implants).

I am undergoing lap band to sleeve revision in September. Hopefully there will be more weight loss, so if I decide to revise my breasts again later, I will again choose a lift vs an augmentation.

My hubby would have preferred the implants at the time, but several years later and several episodes of "Botched" (bad implants) have won him over to the natural side.

Totally a personal choice. Do what you feel is right for you.

Thanks for sharing Zosime. Just curious since you experienced it already - any side effects of the augmentation? And is it best to have a lift vs augmentation? Your response is appreciated. Thanks

I had a breast lift and I love it! I am a small C. I didn't want bigger breast just perkier. My doc encouraged me not to go bigger because of my small frame. He said he didn't think I would be happy.
I love my perky little breast. My body is proportional.
I think ultimately it's a matter of preference. Go bigger if ya want
    If not, don't.
