So I'm having trouble getting up to the 160 minutes my Doc wants but I'm close!
In between, I've been doing planks. I've yet to get sleeved but I would imagine working the core would be a big deal Post Op?
Also, if you want to get that extra little bit before jumping on a scale, I spend a few minutes in the sauna. The extra .25 of a pound in lost water weight makes me feel better about myself.
Plus, as a mathematician, I've figured out a formula for determining if someone at the gym is going to go into the sauna nude or not. To avoid any unforeseen embarrassment, take the gym rat's age divided by 70 (the shame coefficient), then subtract .01 times the number of any close friends he works out with. It's all in the name of science man!
