Hey guys! Wow so nice everyone was concerned! Sometimes i dint feel like that lol , but maybe thats just me forums can be strange! I did forget my password and it wouldnt let mw reset it and for the life of me i would change it at work and still wouldnt let me in!

Its figured out now! Lol

I also stalled out and fell off the wagon after bahama and miami vacay in may i ate whatever i wanted when i was there even tho my sleeve gave me complete restriction i never gained , but stopped losing and i had to revamp

Still 100+ to lose back to evercise and keto life and back to losing i need to pick up weight training now maybe to avoid skin removal surgery who knows
Skin is fine now buuuut 100 more iam not to confident in this lol
