Please help with Vit C

I ordered my vitamins and took them for a day. OMG I am not going to be able to do the Vit C 3x each day. I could barely get the one chewed up and the 2nd day I skipped it all together. There must be another option than that GIANT disgusting chewable. HELP!!!

I couldn't stomach the SMELL, let alone the TASTE of any of the chewables.

I found PatchMD vitamins and supplements patches. I've been using them ever since. My levels are PERFECT!

Why so much vitamin C? The amount in a multi is typically plenty. And as for chewables, I couldn't stand any of them. I switched to capsules as soon as I was allowed.

Kindle - I was told 500 mg 3x each day of Calcium Citrate. That is in addition to the Multi that I have to take. Which is also awful, but slightly smaller and since it's only 1x each day, I can handle it.

Wanagl - I'm going to look in to that patch.

Ok, that makes more sense. You said Vitamin C but actually meant Calcium. Until I was cleared for tablets at a month out, I took my calcium capsules and opened them into my protein shakes or stirred into Greek yogurt. Maybe you could crush your chewables and do the same so at least they don't go to waste.

Ok well they start with the same letter.

I've asked the company if I can return them. I sure like the patch idea very much.
But yes, if they wont take them back, I'll have to suck it up. Highest price ones I bought.
