Hi I am going on 9 weeks out and only lost 24pound's .
19 the first month. And only 5 since then. I eat around 700 calcalories a day nothing bad still on soft foods.
go to the gym three times a week doing 45 min of cross fit.
and nothing is happening . I see so many people are loosing so much more by now.
just got me so down.
