Hi Alisha. Welcome! I am a newbie. I was sleeved 5/31. This is a great place to ask questions, look around at other posts to see if someone is thinking what you are (they most likely are or were). Everyone is really friendly. I was a little anxious before my surgery, but my Dr has pretty good track record. You'll be in you're room then walking the halls before you know it! Hello there and best of luck with your surgery! IM 11 days post op and feeling fabulous! Down 15 lbs, no issues. I hear ya about the nerves, we got to the stoplight before the hospital and I said to my husband shall I just keep driving LOL My advice is rest, rest, rest at the hospital. Other than getting up to pee and do a little walk around the hall I slept the entire time and it really helped!

9 days post-op.....293
20 wks post op......249 (down 84 lbs)
