    Default Crazy Weight

What is it? Last Tuesday I was 312. Weighed again Wednesday scaled read 314. Thursday at doctors I weighed 314. I came home and weighed myself, the scale read 311.9. Friday and today scale read 310.9 .. What is going on? I like to see the numbers going down, but I'm wondering if the scale is going crazy. Don't want to change ticker until my next appointment 7/28....

First day of beginning new plan I've had an 8oz, 11 gram protein shake, 1/2 can Cream of chicken soup, a few bites of watermelon, and 16oz flavored water. Got on the scale 30min ago and it read 308.6.....no way ..... The real numbers will be revealed 7/28. Because that means I've lost 5.4lbs since Thursday. Water weight I'm sure since I have lymphedema. At least numbers going down.

    Keep up the good work.

If you are following your prescribed food and diet instructions I'd would just recommend you stay off the scale. Like you said the weight that matters is the one at your next doc appointment.

    Best wishes.

I think water weight is the only thing that can cause weight to fluctuate within that range on a daily basis! I wouldn't worry about it. Water weight can actually have a very erratic impact on the scale. I typically just like to know the general 5 pound range I'm within and monitor it a bit more loosely.
