Thank you for all the welcomes. I've been reading for two months and finally joined. Glad to be on other side but recovery hasn't been easy. I've watched a lot of the video postings and almost everyone looked after three days as if there was no pain. There was a lot of pain, at least for me. Tired of laying down, sitting up is to painful with staple placement and getting up and down is torture. I can walk on treadmill for 5 minutes but seems to be my limit for now.I''m doing OK with it and doing my best to stay on track. Drinking has come very slowly for me..I'm sipping slowly but still not pleasant. I have no appetite what so ever but force myself to eat an ounce ..of booth or sugar free pudding a couple of times a day The pudding is easier. .you would think it would be the other way around. I know I need more fluid but all body will tolerate at present. I know it will get easier. .This stage is just rough. Any suggestions or tips always appreciated.
