Default Isopure clear fruit flavored beverages

My wife brought home 8 different flavors for me to try.
40g protein per 12.9 oz bottle is fantastic. No sugar.
1 carb. So where do the 160 calories come from? ( They contain whey protein.)

    Thanks!

1g protein contains 4 calories, so 40g protein contain 160 calories.

You need the calories. I find them too strong sweet post op so I mix them 50 50 with water. Plus 8 was told by my nut we only process 30 grams protein max per digestion rest is waste so this helps me be sure to get the whole 40 over the course of the day. I'll actually be glad when they are gone. Find I like making my own protein concoctions better do u like them?

I liked the Orange flavor diluted with a lot of ice.

I bought some at GNC but i havent tried them yet. They are very expensive $3.99 per bottle. Im very picky about my flavors. But in the next month or so I will try and see if I like them.

    Hi Muted,

I actually haven't tasted them yet, but will report back. I was drawn to them because I'm NOT a "smoothie" guy, and this seemed to me to be a more quick and easy substitute which will get me the protein I will need. Thanks ffor your comments, and have a great day.

Just tried the "Alpine Punch" and I'll be able to deal with it. Not bad...but not exactly like Kool Aid, Hawaiian Punch...you know. I look forward to trying the rest of them soon, and I'll report back.
