Hi everyone. The title says it all. I have a long way to go...98 more to lose. I am only 2 weeks out but I realize I need to share and learn from other people who have been there. I am working on increasing energy...struggling a bit. I am looking forward to getting to know people here.

You've come to the right place. I've found this forum to be very helpful and supportive. It's nice to be in company with others who are on the same journey. Always follow your surgeon and dieticians recommendations. When in doubt give them a call and you'll do fine.
