Hey Stacy, welcome to the forum!

may be meeting your surgeon for a post-op could help.
I was told to expect a weight gain around year 2, between 5 to 10%. Are you in that range? I am worried about that too...

I know that my body does like carbs way too much (insulin resistance..)so if I feel hungry I need to look for proteins and veggies to stop it, eating carbs will just make things worth. At two years you have less restriction so unfortunately at that stage it's all about nutrition...may be try to find things you really like (almonds, cheese) and see if eating those make you feel better and less hungry. Also a blood work might show some deficiencies, it could explain the cravings...take care

    Welcome!

This is by far the best site for support, no-nonsense suggestions, knowledge and wisdom especially from the veterans.

The "Search the forums" search feature, at the top left, should lead you to a number of posts about weight gain and some recommendations. Your surgeon is of course the best place to start.

Please keep us updated on your journey!

I heard that eating more protein helps cravings, can try that.

    Welcome to the forum!

I echo all the advice that has been provided, and I will add that there are two protein powders that have satisfied my evening hunger, one is Tera's Whey Hunger Control and the other is Raw Fit Weight Management. Give those a go, hopefully they will help you.
