Yo Newbies - take your measurements!

Here's why: I have been a size 8 since January or there bouts and I have been within the same 2 to 3 pounds since February; however, a couple of weeks ago, I decided to see if I could get into a size 6 and lo and behold they fit! So even though the scale has not moved much in the past 4 months, I'm still losing inches. Please don't get discouraged when the scale isn't moving, because as long as you are doing right by your new smaller tummy, you are still losing. Even me, I'm just over a year out and still amazed at how my body is continuing to change.
