Good and bad. My doctor requires Medifast/Proti-VLC diet. The powdery packets get old really quick but its convenient. 100 calories each 5/day. It's been a hungry two weeks. How was yours?

Not too bad. Getting use to it. I still want real food though. Lol but my will power to do this is over riding the cravings.

Protein shakes, jello, broth and I can eat 4oz of chicken breast. Shakes getting old thou.
