Tonight I managed to step in a hole and did a belly buster face plant. I've done this many of times in the past without issue. I am only concerned as I am two weeks post op and am worried that I may have messed something up. How would I even know that I did?

If you feel any pain that seems unusual then have it checked out. I'm not sure but I would think it's possible to tear stitches inside. Take care.

I agree with MellowJoy. If you have anything unusual going on now that you didnt before the fall then have it checked and STOP FALLING! LOL. Hope you are ok.
