Week 1

Today is one week since I had the sleeve done. Got off to a rocky start but every day is getting better. I am hovering around 60 grams of protein which is great since the protein shakes I used to love I completely hate. I still use my Tylenol at bedtime but nothing during the day. Yesterday my husband went with me on a short walk, about 1/4 mile. Tonight we added another lap to get to 1/2 mile. Still have some pain in my left shoulder blade and left collar bone. Thought it was gas but what I have read here is the gas is out of our systems in 5 days. Hoping it's just that and disappears soon. I have been snuggling the heating pad for 5 days now.

Tomorrow I move to phase 2. Looking forward to a scrambled egg. Stay tuned....
