I have googled this several times. I have not been able to find a chart to give me an idea of where I am. I set a goal at the surgeon's office, but I would like to look at the whole chart.

It will ask your height and weight and it may ask your age and sex.
Not sure if it's around where you live but at my CVS/Rite Aid and even the stop n shop pharmacy has this machine that takes your BP, pulse and weight. It will show you where you are on the BMI scale, for example my BMI is 20.1 and I'm average weight.

I finally found one. I have googled many times in the past. This time I couldn't find one with height, weight, sex only. I didn't want to calculate my BMI at this time. I have another method of doing that. So the weight chart says I am still overweight. It kind of confirms what I was thinking and feeling. I want to lose an additional 10 pounds, which will put me in the average range. I don't take these charts too seriously, just for an idea.
My surgeon's office has an elaborate body composition scale. My nut and surgeon were both surprised the first time with my results because I do have a lot of lean mass/muscle and bone mass...and less fat than they thought...May be you could look for one of those scale, that could give you a precise idea...
