I've been terribly sick to my stomach and vomiting, even when I tried some herbal tea!
I read it may be due to constipation though I had a small bm this morning. ��

I get backed up for a few days and then have the opposite problem for a day or two. Call the doctor if it continues. Mine recommended Milk of Magnesia. I've started taking a probiotic, and it seems to help.

Thanks for the suggestions. I took a mild laxative yesterday and I'm feeling better today. I also started taking a probiotic.

Dulcelax was my best friend the first couple of months. Now I started a new protein shot called "New Whey Protein" I get it on Amazon and I'll tell ya no need for Dulcelax anymore LOL.
