    Default Thin people problems

Does anyone else's bones hurt because there isn't extra padding? I have a desk job and by the end of the day, my tailbone is killing me because I don't have the ass cushion that I used to - lol. Also, I notice at night that I can't get comfortable or stay on my side or stomach for very long because I feel like my bones are hurting. The only position I have any luck sleeping in for long periods is my back. I still want to lose another 15 or so pounds and I can't even imagine what that's going to feel like if I'm hurting now.

Yes! I'm just under 2 months out, but apparently I'm losing all my weight in my butt because sitting down for any length of time in a regular chair just kills my booty now. I end up leaning from one side to the other. And forget about sitting on the cement steps of my back stoop.

I have always been a side sleeper. I put a pillow between my legs and sleep on my right side. I have noticed that I need to keep the pillow between my knees, because the bones touch each other and it hurts. Part of it might be that I am older and have fibromyalgia. I do have a vague memory of having that pre- weight gain. I don't sit at a desk anymore so I don't have booty problems like that.

I have issues with my tailbone hurting from my desk job. I got a memory foam seat and also I've been using items as a foot rest. I find being able to adjust my position frequently helps if I'm not able to get up and walk around

I agree with working out seems to help resolve it as you build muscle. I walk on the treadmill 3 miles 5 times a week. The one thing I have noticed is that I am cold now, where before I was always hot. Now I am finding myself turning up the heat. LOL
