Been awhile but another NSV

Hello all!

It's been awhile since I started a thread but I have to share this NSV. Let me start by saying this is a double edged sword.

My wife and I bought matching T-shirts a few months ago. Her size is Large and mine is 2xl. Well apparently they got mixed up in the laundry and for the past month I have been wearing her shirt!

I thought it was a little tight but figured it shrank it is a cheap shirt....happy me

I'm only a little over 7 months out and the weight loss has slowed to maybe a pound a month so these NSV's are kinda cool....this one not so much!

That's really cool! I think I will be happy just fitting into one of my BF's XLnshirts and not outweighing him, LOL!!! BTW, I'm usually pretty good with acronyms, but I have no idea what NSV stands for?

Canuimagine? have you had the surgery yet? I haven't yet, hoping for end of May. Looks like we're starting out at similar weights (I weighed 275 at one point, but lost about 25 lbs then, of course, gained some back). I can't imagine ever weighing less than 180 though, that's what I was when I graduated from high school! hahaha! I was 5'10" back then, now I'm 5'9" (darn gravity)

Woo hoo, Pam!!! I WISH I was 5'9"!!! LOL! Only 5'4" for me to spread this bulk over!!! No, my surgery is scheduled for 3/1. I have the one on one with the dietician on Friday and then start the two week pre-op diet. I am nervous but I think I am ready!!! ��

NSV.... non sleeve victory, I think. Pretty cool Brandon. Looks like we had surgery the same date. My weightloss has slowed too. I feel okay with that though. My first goal was -100 and I reached that. I will see where the sleeve will take me from here. It feels really good to go shopping at a regular clothing store like Macys and not have to go to the Big and Tall store. Also feels good to be able to sit in a booth at a restaurant with out squeezing in and my belly pushed up against the table. Those are my recent NSV.

I would have thought Non-sleeve victory meant a victory before having the sleeve. I'm terrible at acronyms.
