Who said you are suppose to weigh in once a week? Is it by choice or doctors orders? I am new at this so I do not know all the ends and outs. Sometimes when losing weight don't you reach a plateau for awhile or does that not apply to THE SLEEVE [I wish I could write that with spooky letters}. If you stress out about it, it might make you eat more. Try weighing every two weeks or perhaps HOLLER AT your doctor, just to make you feel better. I heard if you drink those protein drinks it gives you a "full" feeling. I like the premier protein vanilla shake.
Right now, I do not miss the eating. I miss the tasting....like that very first bite of something. {Goofy sounding, huh?}
