Its been a while since I have been on....

Well its been almost 2 years since my surgery, I have lost 165 lbs since my worst and feel incredible

I went through a very tough time with drugs and alcohol and it def was not easy so if you need someone to talk to about this feel free to reach me. I can safely say I have been clean and sober for 63 days!

I have also started eating clean! its easy and am seeing tremendous results! I just finished a 21 day fix with shakeology and lost 18 lbs! I feel the best I have ever felt!

yea I have been through it for sure, I am also here for someone if there dealing with the same issues and are afraid of rejection from others. Again if anyone needs to talk I am here
