You'll be under 300 pounds in no time! This surgery was designed for people of our weight/bmi. We can do it! I hear ya about the feet problem! My feet still hurt when I come home from my new job, but it's because I'm on my feet for 7.5 out of the 8 hours and my fitbit says I walk 10,000 steps! Whew! I'm almost 4 months out and excited to weigh myself this coming week!

Thanks girl! I also just noticed you have only had the surgery 4 months ago! Wow even. Ore amazing in such a short time almost 100lbs! Amazinggggggg exciting! We also have similar goals we will do this

i saved 1 big outfit as a reminder. wife and i recently took a pic where each of us were in 1 leg of some old boxers. and more than clothes fitting better - i am sure youre feeling better and becoming more helthy. remember this feeling when days seem tough and you wonder "WTF did i do having surgery".. you will have the day when something like that happens, and its good to have a reminder

Awesome job!! Don't throw those clothes away. If you are on FB you may be able to find a plus size on line store. I sold almost all of my plus size clothing and bought new. I also became a thrift store junkie that I still enjoy doing. Nothing like buying size 6 Ann Klein or Liz Clairborne for pennies on the dollar. I have an awesome wardrobe now and that really motivates me to stay on task. I'm 60 years old and someone thought I was 45 the other day. Celebrate all those NSV's. You are doing a great job and can't wait to see pictures of you being the bomb!!
