Hello, I'm from Auckland New Zealand and I will be having gastric sleeve surgery on January 11 2016, I'm feeling nervous and scared about the surgery especially going under anesthesia.
Any tips to calm me would be appreciated.

Keep calm you will do fine. I have had 16 surgeries and I know it is scary but the best thing to do is not stress yourself out.

If you've been pre-screened for health issues and have no major concerns with anesthesia, you should be fine. Everyone is nervous going into surgery no matter how many times you've been there...just have faith and an open mind!
