For the last 2 weeks, I have been teetering on the edge of entering Onederland, bouncing around 198 - 199 up to 202 and back down. Now when I get on the scale it's always below 200. Oh what a great feeling. I haven't been this skinny for at least 20 yrs. I'm 2 lbs from weighing less than the weight I was when I met my wife. She has only known me to be heavy, the lowest I got was 197 for a brief time in my early 30's. The weight loss is slowing some, but still coming off, I'm hoping to see my goal weight of 170, I'm at 197 today. I keep plugging away and following the "rules" 80/64 and get some exercise. It's been 7 months since my surgery and a fantastic ride, with a few bad eating days, but not many. I don't eat junk any more and no slider type foods, only some nuts and dried edemmens which I have to measure out in a bowl, or I could eat the hole package . I have learned a great deal from this forum and the wonderful people on it, and I say thank you all for sharing your successes and your failures and struggles for everybody to read, learn, and be inspired by. I hope my success story can inspire someone to keep moving forward and reach there dreams too. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Dean
