Default NYTimes four-year diary of one man's food tracking history

Here's an interesting article / interactive graphic describing one man's four-year super tracking history using the "Lose It" food tracking app. For those of us who do use apps to plan and track our food, this is fascinating.

If you don't plan / track your food I think you'll still find this story and interactive graphic informative.

Note that this man did NOT have WLS. But whether we had WLS or not, those who lose weight and maintain their weight loss all do so by merit of their food choices.

Very interesting article. I use MFP, as recommended by you, and do so much better when I do. I tend to under eat, who ever thought that would be a problem, when I don't use it and therefore the weight loss stops. Tracking really does help, at least it does me. Thanks for posting the article. Another tool to use with the WLS tool..
